Apple to give employees $500 off Macs, $250 off iPads

News - By: SPBlast! Staff - January 27, 2012

Apple CEO Tim Cook reportedly told employees in a town hall meeting today, that the company will be giving them a new benefit - $500 off a new Mac, or $250 off a new iPad. The new discount program will begin in June and all Apple employees who have worked at the company for at least 90 days are eligible. One major caveat is, they can only take advantage of this discount once every three years.

That's a great deal for all of Apple's employees. It looks like Apple values its employees and wants to share some of that $97 billion in cash they have sitting around.
