Apple is on top again. According to J.D. Power and Associates' latest US customer satisfaction survey, Apple comes out on top in customer satisfaction. As you can see in the photo above, Apple blew by the competition which included HTC, Samsung, Motorola, BlackBerry, and Palm. Apple hasn't had a refresh of the iPhone in over a year and they still dominate the competition.
