According to iPhoneitalia, Facebook is working on an update to its Messenger app that will include video calling. This makes sense as Facebook recently made a deal with Microsoft and Skype to bring video calling to their desktop app. Bringing video calling to their mobile apps makes sense, and would be way cool!

There's no word on an official release date, but you're surely be hearing about it when it happens.
