iPhone OS 3.1.3 available for download

Apple has released an update for the iPhone taking it to OS 3.1.3. The update fixes some issues with battery level reporting and problems with the Japanese Kana keyboard. It also fixes an issue where third-party apps would fail to launch.

If you have a jailbroken iPhone you might want to wait before installing this update.
