Blogger offers $100,000 to distribute iPhone unlocking software

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - August 28, 2007

The world heard about the New Jersey teen who unlocked the iPhone last week. Reports of ridiculous bids on eBay for the unlocked iPhone were all over the place. Now comes a new offer by a blogger who says he and his friends will pay $100,000 for the right to freely distribute the software that unlocks the iPhone. There is no word on who is coughing up the cash, but it is an interesting offer.

The blog states, "we are willing to pay $100,000 USD and make it freely available with the owner’s approval and all the credits given to the creator. We will also give you control of a domain and release it on Wednesday night at 12:00am."
