Whenever a new iPhone is in the works we see purported leaked photos of parts. Sometimes they are legitimate, and sometimes they are not. We have seen leaked photos of the body of the phone, now comes another purported image of the iPhone 6 digitizer.
The image of the digitizer first appeared on a Chinese forum called WeiPhone. Nobody knows exactly where the poster obtained the images however, so take this with a grain of salt.
If the image is legitimate it suggests Apple is serious about keeping the iPhone at a size where it can be managed with one hand. The overall size of the digitizer appears to be the same as the iPhone 5, but they have pushed out the bezels to maximize screen space. The Home button looks odd as it almost cuts into the screen, but that could be worked out later.
It is entirely possible that this photo is from a prototype, but it is interesting none the less. If Apple finds a way to dump the side bezels and get more width on the display it would make typing on the iPhone a bit more comfortable.
