Have you upgraded to iOS 6 on your iPhone? Have you had issues? I have. I did the OTA (over the air) update this morning and I've had several issues. First of all, the update hung. I let it sit there for nearly and hour and it didn't move at all. I finally gave up and rebooted the phone and to my surprise it finished. Once I got back up and running I noticed that the phone was re-downloading my iCloud data. The phone was basically unusable at this point.
After about an hour things seemed okay, but later in the day I realized that the battery was draining way too fast. In less than 10 minutes I watched 2% drop off the phone. I checked the screen brightness and the notification settings and everything looked okay. I run very few Location Services specifically to save battery life. My settings were the same as they were before the update. I searched Apple's Discussion Forums and other people are reporting similar battery drain.
I noticed that some of my albums in the Music App have duplicate song entries. I use iTunes Match and none of my other devices are showing duplicates, only my iPhone.
Sometimes I cannot wake the phone with the Home button, especially if an Email or Message alert just came in. The behavior is very strange and annoying.
Unfortunately, I'm getting used to Apple's new OS updates having severe issues. iOS 5 had issues at launch and even the Macs have battery issues now. Apple still advertises up to 7 hours of battery life on their MacBook Pros, but since Lion was released nobody really gets 7 hours anymore. There are thousands of people complaining in the Apple Forums about very poor battery life on Macs since Lion was released.
Apple has been so successful but they are now a very big company. Microsoft went through similar issues when they were growing like a weed. Unfortunately, it comes with the territory. I'm frustrated with iOS 6 after less than a day and I'm going to go back to iOS 5.1.1 after I finish this post. I just hope Apple will fix these issues with an update soon. Unfortunately, it will probably be 6-8 weeks down the road. Bummer.
