Vexillum allows you to customize the notification banners you see when you receive a text message, email, etc. Vexillum allows you to customize the background color as well as the font color of your notifications.
The app is pretty simple to use. Once installed, you'll find its features in your Settings app. It is there you can choose the colors you want for your notifications.
