The Sausage Stylus has made its way to the US. About a month ago we saw reports that the South Koreans were using individually wrapped sausages as styluses for the iPhone. The sausage allowed them to use their iPhone's while they had their winter gloves on. One company thinks that US iPhone users should be so lucky and they're bringing the sausages into the US market.

CaseCrown is selling the Sausage Screen Stylus for $.99. At that price, you can buy these by the case. Case Crown lists the styluses as "not for consumption" so I wouldn't be trying to eat one if you're hungry.
