iPad 2 to feature Retina display?

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - November 26, 2010

There is a report floating around today that the iPad 2 will include the Retina display and a usb port, along with 3 other features. The report comes from DigiTimes who has it right sometimes, but not always. DigiTimes says there are five new features coming to the iPad 2:

  • Retina Display
  • Front-facing camera for FaceTime calls
  • A thinner glass panel for a lighter build
  • A USB port
  • A 3-axis gyroscope

The Retina display makes sense, but the usb port seems like a bit of a stretch. Either way, the new iPad 2 is sure to push the limits of what we currently think is possible.
