iPhone's First Turn-by-Turn Navigation App Reviewed

Software Reviews - By: pdaBlast! Staff - March 09, 2009

The iPhone's first turn by turn application, XROADS G-Map, has been reviewed. The Kicking Tires Blog at Cars.com took it for a spin. At $19 it is a deal and the reviews came out great. They did have some issues however.

The application takes 900MB to install which is 1/8th of the memory for 8GB iPhone users. That may turn some people away.

Kicking Tires reports the map quality and GPS quality are good, while the multimedia features could be better.
