This is really funny. According to engadget mobile, Apple has used a jailbroken iPhone for a recent iPhone biometric security patent application. A tipster pointed out that the patent app's images were complete with Installer.app, SMBPrefs, and the iWood Realize theme from the iSpazio repository. That would indicate a jailbroken iPhone.
